Have you tuned in to Channel 131? This channel provides interactive learning, how to videos and support tools with my Verizon Fios Service. If you are a busy family, you will definitely appreciate that this channel eliminates the need to call customer service. You can pretty much get answers to all your questions with your remote control.
A few of my favorites are listed below
Fios Digital Voice: Voice messaging for 8 with sub mailboxes is a great feature. I have mine set up to allow each child their own which is try helpful with keeping activities up to date. Most teams leave a voice mail and/or email if there are any changes so the kids know to check daily. Visual 411 is a bonus feature as it allows me to see who is calling right on the television screen.
Fios Mobile: I'm not sure how I survived without this. It's like having a television is my pocket. Imagine navigating and recording your favorite shows while on the go. Streaming DVR content on the soccer field or between sporting events will keep me on top of all my reality shows (don't judge me)
Special Offers: I must admit that I don't get to watch as many channels as I would like but I check this section often to see what specials are available. This week the reminder about $2.99 Friday movie night and the Monday Movie Sale.
I encourage you to explore all that Verizon Fios has to offer. If you are not a subscriber, start the new year off right by checking into whether or not you are eligible for Verizon FiOS by visiting Verizon.com (click on Residential and enter your zip code) or you can call Verizon directly at 1 800-VERIZON. Stay up-to-date by visiting them on Facebook (VerizonFiOS) and Twitter (@VerizonFiOS).
