On June 20th, woman across the District of Columbia will join forces to harness their power and spread awareness while supporting a worthy cause. Arthritis is the leading cause of disability in the United States and affects women nearly twice as often as men.
The Purses with Power Auction & Social was created as a platform to target women, spreading awareness and education to provide them with resources to prevent and control arthritis. In its second year, the “Ultimate Girls Night Out” is comprised of cocktails and light refreshments, a silent auction, entertainment, music, giveaways and other fun festivities. What more could a girl want? Maybe a chance to win a free ticket:)
