When the New York Times released their bombshell report on sexual assault allegations against Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, they not only blew the lid off of one of the biggest secrets in Hollywood, but they also started a movement. The hashtag #MeToo has taken social media by storm as women and men share their stories of sexual assault and harassment, shattering the silence that has long surrounded these issues.
Now, a new movie is coming out that tells the story of those brave journalists who broke the Weinstein story, Megan Twohey and Jodi Kantor. Titled She Said, the movie tells the story of how these two women faced down pressure and intimidation in order to expose Weinstein's decades-long history of sexual abuse.
