As I prepare for the Susan G. Komen 3Day Walk for a Cure, I realize that I need to get some new sneakers to protect my feet. I need my sneakers to be functional and stylish. Normally, I buy sneakers when the price is right as I love a bargain. After doing a long walk, I realize that I need sneakers that are comfortable.
I went to the local sports shop and was amazed when I was asked various questions to determine which sneaker would work best for me. Sad to say some of the questions, I had no clue but I want you to be prepared when you go.

I was glad that I went to reputable running store for shoes as many of these tests were able to be performed in store. I encourage that you buy from a store that will let you try them out for a period of time to make certain they work for your feet.
The ones pictured above were suggested for me, which pair do you like the best?
