I don't know about you but my kids have a Christmas list filled with electronics. One of which is an iPad. I was in no way surprised that it was on the list as my daughter uses one at school and both kids constantly utilize the ones my husband and I own. Today while in King of Prussia Mall, I came across the Samsung display and actually had the opportunity to play with a Galaxy Note Tablet. I loved it and realized the reason Apple was up in arms over its release.
The Galaxy works on the Android operating system which is Google drive. The Play Store offers tons of Free Apps. My kids will play games and watch movies primarily but they will use the tablet for school reports. Another win for the Galaxy is that you can add more memory, it allows you to have more than one page visible at one time and it can be connected via USB.
As I type this a commercial for the Microsoft Surface airs… Decisions, decisions
