Increase Cardio: I love the elliptical and try to use it for at least 30 minutes on a moderate pace. My goal is 5 miles 2 times per week
-Dumbbell Squats: 2-3 sets of 12 reps
-Bicep Curls: 2-3 sets of 12 reps
-Reverse Lunges: 2-3 sets of 12 reps
-Wide Row: 2-3 sets of 12 reps
-Side Plank: 2-3 sets for 30-45 seconds
Cool down/ Stretch: 10 minutes
