The weather is perfect to get started moving something if you have not. It is not only great for your body, but your mind and spirit can benefit from it also. So many of us recognize the need to move but don't know how to get started or use excuses.
Here are a few steps to get you started.
1. Put on a pair of comfortable shoes.
2. Open the front door
3. Just start Walking
There is no easier way then this. Walk for five minutes and gradually increase your time each day. Once you make this a habit then you can create a “moving plan”.
